Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Néo In'Pulse Tech (the "Provider") and any individual or legal entity (the "Client") ordering one of the services or digital products offered on this site: showcase sites, e-commerce sites, web/mobile applications, digital platforms, access to the NÉO IN'PULSE Hub, ready-to-use templates, and consulting or maintenance services.

Unless a fixed price is displayed, each service is subject to a personalized quote drawn up after discussing the Client's needs. The order is considered firm once the Client's written acceptance of the quote is received (and, where applicable, a deposit is paid).

Indicative pricing is listed on the Offers & pricing page and is expressed in euros. Payment terms: a 30% deposit is required upon order, with the balance due on delivery; payments are made by bank transfer or card.

Stated timelines (for example 10 days for the showcase-site offer) are indicative and run from receipt of all elements required from the Client (content, access, approvals). Any delay by the Client in providing these elements may push back the delivery date accordingly.

For consumer clients, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a 14-day withdrawal period applies, unless performance of the service has begun, with the Client's express agreement, before this period expires — in which case the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed. This right does not apply to orders placed by professionals in the course of their business.

The Provider undertakes to carry out services with care and in line with best practice. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of misuse by the Client, content supplied by the Client, or the failure of a third-party service (hosting, domain name, payment gateway, etc.) not provided by the Provider.

Support and maintenance offers are provided on a monthly subscription basis, with a minimum one-month commitment renewed automatically. Cancellation may be requested at any time with 30 days' notice, in writing (letter or email).

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, before any legal action. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be those of the Provider's registered office.
